Cute and Easy Gift Bags

Here is another gift-packaging idea. You can get a package of 3 white gift bags from Stampin' Up for only $2.95. Then you just decorate the front with cardstock, Designer paper, ribbon, stamps or whatever you want! If you want to show off your coordinating card, like the 2 bags on the sides, you just cut the flap off a clear envelope and glue the envelope on the bag to hold the card. Use Sticky Strip to adhere the cardstock/paper to the bag and the clear envelope as well, so they don't fall off.

Christmas Tree Ornaments

These are the On-board Ornaments I made last year. They were so much fun to make and I love my tree now! I never posted the pictures last year so I thought I would now.

Season of Friendship

Okay, this has got to be my new favorite set. I have been waiting for a cute tree stamp to come out, and I love this one! It is great for cards of any season, framed art, gift wrap, etc. So cute and so easy! The set is in the Holiday Mini and is only available until January 18th, so if you love it as much as I do, let me know and I'll order it for you! If you want me to make you one of these, it is $15 (it is about 5 x 12 inches). There is a black frame or a brown one with gold studs.

Cute Home-made Gift-wrap

You can make the cutest gift-wrap and matching cards with stamps! I made this with the Season of Friendship set in the current Holiday Mini Catalog (available only until January 18th), but you can use any stamp set and colors to go with any occasion. You can either use plain white wrapping paper, butcher paper, or brown craft paper. Putting the card in a clear envelope allows you to show off the cute matching card (a tip from my sister-in-law Sarah)!

Christmas Art

Here's a cute idea for something else to do with one of the sets available in my Holiday Card Kits. It uses the same materials as the cards, some silver brads, and a 5 x 7 frame.

My Life is Crazy!

For anyone who is actually checking this page (after it hasn't changed since May), so sorry for the lack of updates! We recently moved about 2 hours southeast of our home in Lehi to Price, Utah. It is a small town of about 10,000 people (although the county seat and biggest town for an hour in any direction, so we still have a Wal-mart, many fast-food chains, and other necessities of life). We are very much enjoying the slower pace of life, friendly small-town attitude, lack of traffic and better air quality. But, of course, life has been crazy lately, so I haven't had a chance to stamp much lately. In fact, my stuff has been packed up since I got back from convention at the beginning of August! Anyway, I am currently planning some cute cards that will be available in Holiday Card Kits to order and make at your own home. Hopefully I'll get the pictures up and an e-mail sent out next week, so be on the look-out!
